I need to cancel my booking and have a cancellation insurance, what do I need to do?

If you have a cancellation insurance, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact your cancellation insurance to check if they’ll cover your costs.
  2. Cancel your booking. Cancelling your booking can be done in "Your Trips" within your account.

  3. Claim your costs with your cancellation insurance (if your cancellation is covered the insurance company will explain how to do this).
