I have an insurance, what if I want to change my booking?

Any changes in your booking will probably require a change in your insurance. Therefore, if you want to change your booking and you purchased your insurance through TravelBird (ERV) please contact our Travel Advisors so they can assist you.

If you have an external travel insurance, you will have to contact them personally. We recommend that you anyhow contact our Travel Advisors first to ensure that the change is possible.
