How can I contact TravelBird when I’m on holiday?

When you are on holiday you can always contact us by using the TravelBird app under “Your Trips”. Here you can rate your experiences on the spot, if you are dissatisfied you can request for us to contact you and we will do so as soon as possible to try to find a solution for you.

If you do not have the TravelBird app yet, you can download it here (ios & android) and login with your TravelBird account. If you do not have an account yet, read this article to create one.

You can also contact us by calling us, by sending an email or by reaching out to us via our social media channels. We will try to reply to your question(s) as soon as possible. If your question is particularly urgent, we always advise you to call our Travel Advisors.
