I’ve just arrived at the accommodation and it’s not as I had expected. What should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that the accommodation you are due to stay at is not what you had hoped for.

  1. We advise you to first share this problem with the staff at the accommodation, as they will hopefully be able to immediately assist you.
  2. Afterwards you can rate the accommodation and contact us on the spot through the “Your Trips” function of TravelBird's mobile app. This way we can take action and try to solve this issue as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your wonderful holidays.

If you do not have an accounts you can contact our Travel Advisors who will also assist you to solve this as soon as possible.
