Can TravelBird change my booking after I have booked?

It can happen that we have to deviate from, or make additions to, the trip you’ve booked. This can be because of medical reasons, unexpected changes made by the airplane company, a change to transfers or the accommodation, insolvency of one or more of the parties involved, a force majeure or in the case of an overbooking. If this is the case, we will contact you directly.

If both parties involved – TravelBird and the customer – agree to modify the booking and if subsequent additional costs are involved, TravelBird reserves the right to charge the customer a reasonable amount per booking for the modifications.
