How do I file a complaint?

As our travellers’ satisfaction is very important to us here at TravelBird, it makes us sad to hear that your experience with us wasn’t what you had imagined. If you have a complaint please contact us via phone or email. We always want to hear about your experience and avoid that this happens again to you or other travellers.

If you are still travelling, we encourage you to download our TravelBird mobile app where you can give feedback on the spot and we can take immediate action to solve any issue you might have during your holidays.
