To find the refund applicable for your booking log in to your account, go to "Your Trips" and click on ‘Cancellation’. You’ll see the calculation of the costs that will apply at this moment (cancellation costs may change over time). If you want to proceed and cancel your booking, check the box to confirm your cancellation.
If you prefer to contact us to cancel your booking, please note that cancellations after 17:00h are deemed to have taken place on the next working day.
