If you forgot your password you can easily change it by following these steps:
- Go to “reset password”
- Enter the email address that you are registered with and click on “Reset my password”
- You will receive an email from us where you can click on “Reset Password”. Please make sure to check your spam mail if you have not received this mail.
- Enter your new password and save by clicking once more on “Reset Password”
You should now be able to log in with your new password. Please note that if you have multiple email addresses, it is important to use the one that you registered your TravelBird account with.
