My payment was rejected, what should I do?

If your payment was rejected, there are couple of possible reasons. First of all, we kindly request you to double-check if you have filled the correct details. Most of the time this is the main cause of rejecting a payment.

If you are sure that the details are correct, then it is possible that your bank declined the payment process due to the following reasons;

  • Is there enough money in your account?
  • Do you have enough (daily/weekly) credit limit?
  • Is your card still valid?
  • Does your bank allow this kind of payment?

Please contact your bank if this is the case. If none of the reasons mentioned above are the cause of the payment error, please contact our Travel Advisors.
