You will always receive a booking confirmation email right after you have booked and fully paid. Through this email you can easily access “Your Trips” with your TravelBird account.
Depending on the offer you have booked, you will either be able to see your travel documents straight away, or they will be available to you at least five days prior to your departure date. This will be clearly stated in your booking confirmation. If you chose to pay in instalments, you will be able to view your travel documents once all the payments have been completed.
If you have not received anything from us and you are due to travel in three days or less, please check your spam mail and if you do not find it there, contact our Travel Advisor team.
