What do I have to keep in mind when I'm submitting a complaint?

As our travellers’ satisfaction is very important to us here at TravelBird, it makes us sad to hear that your experience with us wasn’t what you had imagined. If you have a complaint about a trip, you have to file your complaint within a month after your return home (preferably via email). We’ll do our best to provide a suitable response as soon as possible.
