Although we always think you deserve to go on a great holiday, it can happen that we have to cancel your trip due to exceptional or unexpected circumstances. If this happens, we will inform you as soon as possible of the due process and the potential costs.
Other reasons why your booking may be cancelled, include failure to successfully complete all necessary travel documentation, and failure to pay the full amount of your booking costs in time.
At TravelBird, we need to have certain pieces of information relating to our travellers (eg. passport information, home address and name) on record within 48 hours after your booking.
If you fail to provide us with the required information/payment within the designated period of time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. To help our travellers, we’ll send a reminder email about missing data and/or missing payment.
